Jill serves as the ADA Coordinator, and provides services and accommodations to employees with disabilities on all WVU campuses.
As a proud West Virginia resident, Jill has worked at WVU since 2004.
She began her career as a consultant for the Department of Labor's Job Accommodation Network regarding Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). In 2006, Jill joined the Office of Accessibility Services (OAS) as a Rehabilitation Counselor, serving the Morgantown, WVU Tech, and Potomac State College Campuses. Currently within the Division, Jill serves as ADA Coordinator, and is responsible for investigating matters of disability-related discrimination. Additionally, she provides direct services and accommodations to employees with disabilities on all WVU campuses, and ensures institutional compliance with Title I and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Jill holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. She has been a National Certified Counselor since 2003, and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor since 2011. She is dedicated to the accessibility of all students, employees, faculty and staff at West Virginia University, as the ADA Coordinator.
