Submit a Complaint

If any Member of the University Community observes, or has reasonable cause to suspect, any type of Child Abuse or Neglect, including physical or Sexual Abuse, he or she must immediately report the circumstances to:

  1. Department of Health and Human Resources, Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline 1-800-352-6513
  2. 911 or Local Law Enforcement
    1. University Police Department 304-293-2677
    2. Crimes Against Children Unit 304-293-6400
    3. *SP ( For Cell Phones)
  3. Report through the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by utilize one of the options below:
  4. Fill out the complaint form online
  5. Call James Goins, Jr. at 304-293-5600

  6. File a complaint in person at the Equity Assurance Office, Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, located at 1085 Van Voorhis Road Suite 250, Morgantown, WV 26506
